Associate in Visual Design Services

Main responsibilities:

• Effective communication throughout the whole process (from customers to global team);
• Timely and accurate process of incoming requests;
• Contact customers for clarifications and offer creative consulting;
• Proofread documents to ensure they meet quality standards;
• Participate in problem solving groups;
• Ensure 100% compliance to policy of the team;
• Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other VDS team members;

Core competencies and skills:

• Webmaster degree or graduate of Graphic Design, or any other related course, beneficial;
• Experience in the respective process, beneficial;
• English: fluent in speech and writing;
• German: fluent in speech and writing, beneficial;
• Ability to use the relevant software (e.g. Drupal, HTML, Adobe software);
• Computer literacy, advanced in MS Office;
• Open mind and flexibility in accepting new challenges (e.g. transitions, projects) and adapting to change;
• Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively within a team;
• High level of focus on work quality/attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment and to work in a team;
• Good customer service skills;
• Organizational skills, motivation and eager to learn;
