Responsibilities

• Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements
• Formalization, documentation and visualization of requirements
• Generalization of complex requirements and their conversion into acceptance criteria
• Reconciliation of requirements with the business stakeholders
• Interaction with the development teams
• BA team management and validation of their work according to corporate BA processes

Qualifications

• Senior BA with 5+ years working experience for English speaking customers
• Experience working in well known outsourcing companies with 300+ staff count

Must have:

• Jira or Azure DevOps
• Confluence
• Google Docs
• UML Diagrams
• Wireframes (Mockups or similar)
• UI Prototyping (Axure or similar)
• Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin syntax
• Agile (Scrum)
• SQL
• English fluency level needed - C1
