To accelerate our growth in Poland, we are looking for a highly talented sales professional with passion for the innovative & dynamic High-Tech Industry in Poland, to join us as a Business Development Executive for our prospective High-Tech accounts, from creative start-ups through to well established international IT players.

Job Description

Gartner for High-Tech clients equips Technology Vendor CEOs, General Managers, CMOs, Product, and Marketing Leaders with insights, advice and tools to advance their enterprise success. You’ll use your curiosity and learning agility to uncover and understand in depth the mission critical priorities these C-Level executives need to succeed in, in order to develop their products and Go-to-market strategies, to help them solve the challenges their customers face and to better understand their competitors. With these key insights and driven by your integrity, you will create, negotiate and close the most impactful subscription service with a clear roadmap and success expectations that align our most relevant analyst experts to deliver the insights and advice needed to help your prospective clients make the right decisions and succeed.

As a Business Development Executive you will:

  • Have ownershipover a list of prospective High-Tech client organizations across Poland

  • Build trust-based, value-addedrelationships with CEOs, General Managers, CMOs, CPOs in your prospective High-Tech client accounts

  • Drivenet new revenue growth of our Research Advisory services via a value-based challenger sales approach, creating best matching value-focused proposition for our client’s needs with the help of our Delivery colleagues, as well as driving to personal target over-achievement

  • Establishstrong relationships with Analyst and further delivery colleagues locally and internationally, connected by focus on the highest service quality to your prospective clients until close and your hand-over to Account Executives for client delivery

Success criteria:

  • Track record of quota over-achievement in net new account acquisition sales in IT, in Poland

  • Proficient in Account Planning and understanding of territory management

  • Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide support to executives in global organizations in achieving their business goals

  • Established C-level contacts and understanding of the issues they face

  • Ability to uncover and prioritize client’s Key Initiatives

  • High curiosity and ability to learn quickly; feedback-seeking

  • Ability to understand value-based sales and strong conceptual thinking

  • Strong sense of urgency/purpose

  • Highly motivated; achievement-driven, loves diversity and exploring

  • High integrity, ethics and strong collaborator

  • Competitive; can-do attitude, views challenges as opportunities for improvement and finding solutions

  • Wants to be part of high-growth organization to grow and change with it.

  • Business Fluent in Polish and English
