Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

D2C Junior E-commerce Manager

Location: Warsaw

Scope of responsibilities:

Work in D2C Online division, in areas of x-divisional online sales,
Close cooperation with mobile division in building & expanding D2C channel thru closed and open sales channels,
Direct responsibility for D2C (ecommerce) sales:
- Wearables (Headphones, Watches) & accessories category
- Mobile related services (SamsungCare+, Trade-in)
Daily sales management - plan, execution, evaluation, improvement thru KPI,
Support of category promotions in mechanics and T&C preparation,
Evaluation of category, identifying obstacles, active involvement in solving problems (platform, marketing, UX, CX, logistics, etc),
Close cooperation with Marketing team in building & optimizing performance marketing.

Our expectations:

Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position with sales oriented responsibility / product management,
Analytical & number driven mindset - ability to perform analyzes and effectively present output
Experience in ecommerce sales (offer, merchandising, performance marketing, mechanics, T&C),
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to actively propose solutions,
Proactive attitude as a must with keen on high-technology,
Multitasking capabilities,
Very good command of English.
