Your responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound calls according to the script and procedure;
  • Dealing with chat, e-mails, and posts in social media;
  • Handling customer complaints, log cases in the system;
  • Update cases up to date in the system, work with follow-ups;
  • Providing information about client’s products, services, company;
  • Contacting different departments, specialists (from the client’s side) to resolve the customer issue.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in Finnish is a must;
  • Polish or English as an additional language - B1/B2;
  • Excellent written and communicational skills, active listening skills;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Assertiveness and determination;
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations such as talking with demanding clients or performing tasks under time pressure.
