For our client in the BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with language skills ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

First line customer support, work with Slovenian language - home office

Requirements For Candidates
  • knowledge of foreign languages, allowing free communication (Slovenian and English) - minimum level b2
  • the ability to hold casual conversations with customers
  • availability to work 5 times a week/8 hours a day

Job Tasks
  • Providing a high level of service to individual customers
  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Communicating with customers
  • Proposing individual solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Transferring problems to the second line of support - if the request cannot be solved independently
  • Ensuring positive relationships with the business in terms of IT support
