We are looking for a positive, people-oriented person to join our HR team in Roboto - gaming localization company from Warsaw.It’s a full-time (Monday-Friday, 9-17); office-based (Warsaw, Bielany) position. We are looking for a person to stay with us for longer. Ideally, we are looking for a person with some experience in HR/recruitment. Yet, we are also open to newcomers to the industry - we’ll teach you everything!Responsibilities

• Conducting recruitment processes (direct acquisition of candidates, editing and posting job offers, selection of applications, conducting interviews, administration of the candidate database in the ATS system, preparation of contracts, onboarding);
• Researching recruitment needs and proposing the most effective strategies and solutions;
• Preparing recruitment reports; maintaining the database of vendors and employees;
• Initiating and participating in EB projects.

• You have some experience in working with people (preferably in recruitment);
• You know English to a degree that allows you to communicate freely within the company, and communicate with candidates;
• You can build and maintain positive and lasting relationships;
• You know MS Office (in particular, we care about friendly relations with Excel);
• You love working in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of the Polish language
