Internship - PtP Junior Accountant with German

Volvo Polska, Financial Control & Accounting in Wroclaw, Purchase to Pay Department, is looking for candidates for an internship as PtP Junior Accountant German

General Purpose:
Handling the incoming post, payment reminders and supplier’s queries via Contact Center.

Main responsibilities:

• Segregate and perform preliminary screening of incoming mails/invoices
• Sorting the post (paper, pdf.), preparing, verifying, and archiving according to the rules
• Scan invoices into the operating system (SAP)
• Control quality and quantity of the documents
• Keep archives of paper invoices
• Handling payment reminders
• Handling supplier’s questions
• Continuously improve the processes
• Daily contact with internal and external stakeholders / business partners

Requirements:

• Communicative English and German
• Experience in the office work as an asset
• Accuracy/attention to details and taking care of the quality of your daily performance
• Very good organizational skills, also in tight deadlines
• Good communication skills: written and verbal
• Team player, who helps and supports others
