You are responsible for

  • Leading and driving the implementation of relevant process improvement, standardization, and automation across all GBS operating locations

  • Driving a new capability development roadmap defined in SWP

  • Delivering process efficiency, productivity and future potential automation/ innovation opportunities

  • Supporting the process scope blueprint working closely withGBS Functional Service Leader,Funnel and Transition, value stream leaders of B/Msand hubsfunctional leadership

  • Being a key connecting person with therelevantBPO/Eteams and Function ofSupply Chain for relevant processesfrom BPO/Es

  • Being a Single Pointof Contact in GBS for named process for B/M/F

You are a part of

Integrated Supply Chain Early Professional rotational program.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Master Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent

  • Maximum 2 years of work experience (Graduates & Early Professional)

  • Interest or experience in ISC

  • Digital savvy, good knowledge of data analysis and interpretation for informed decisions

  • Required competencies: High energy, Adaptability, Continuous learning, Initiating action, Innovative, high work standards

  • Excellent knowledge of English
