For our client from BPO/SSC industry we are currently looking for talented people with knowledge of foreign languages, ready to start or continue their professional career in international structures.

IT help desk, we are looking for employee with Slovenian language - home office


Job Tasks
  • Professional customer service
  • Ability to build positive relationships with the customer
  • Ability to maintain positive customer relations
  • Operation of portals used for communication with the customer
  • Providing day-to-day assistance with basic IT issues
  • Passing problems to the second line of support (in justified cases, when solving the problem yourself is not possible)
  • Drafting of business memos
  • Working in the company’s internal system
Requirements For Candidates
  • English - minimum level required b2
  • Slovenian - the minimum level required is b2/c1
  • important: knowledge of both languages is required
  • Ability to communicate in English and Slovenian
  • ability to hold conversations
  • high personal culture
  • technical knowledge related to basic IT issues and interest in the industry
  • availability to work 5 times a week (full-time job)
