Java Developer

We are looking for experienced Java Developers to work on a project for the banking sector.

Our Team provides financial instruments and pricing data throughout the bank. Externally, the team face off to exchanges, clearing houses and market agencies in all major growth & mature markets. Internally, we work with a wide variety of teams from the business, operations and technology areas of the firm. Our team builds rich business logic for sourcing, transforming and unifying securities data as well as rules-based exception workflows. It is a complex and dynamic environment, in which we interface to hundreds of sources to enrich millions of securities to support many internal teams.

• Technical analysis, designing and implementation to secure high performance, available, compliant and maintainable solutions
• Close cooperation with global customer teams (business&technology)
• Help us designing modern solutions to rapidly evolving consumer demand in line with growing focus on software quality
• System migration to new ecosytem (possible aspects of the migration: Java code upgrade connected with upgrades of DB and/or, Operating System and/or, JRE and/or, migration from hosting on physical machines to IaaC (infrastructure as a code)
• Improving application performance, availability, maintainability (application monitoring)

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Java developer
• Good knowledge of Spring 4/5, Spring Boot
• Experience in working with Maven, Jenkins, Confluence, Git
• Good knowledge of SQL, knowledge of MongoDB will be an asset
• Fluent English
• Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
• Strong problem solving skills
