Due to organizational changes and development of the company we are looking for candidates for a position:

Kierownik Działu Obsługi Klienta (Head of Maintenance)

Main Tasks

  • Managing the team of 10 people
  • Comprehensive handling of leasing / loan contracts and after-sales service
  • Optimizing processes in order to increase work effectiveness
  • Active searching for opportunities of improvement and work / processes automation
  • Workload monitoring and reporting of all activities
  • Handling of the RPA process of termination of contracts
  • Supervision / changes to transaction documentation in cooperation with the Legal Department
  • Handling of automatic financing of residual value
  • Supervision of newly implemented Call Center and managing improvements
  • Cooperation with other departments and insurance broker


  • Experience in a managerial position of at least 3 years in financial institution (leasing, banking)
  • University education, preferably in finance / banking / management
  • Ability to apply solution to non-standard topics and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent work organization (accuracy, timeliness, reliability, the ability to prioritize tasks)
  • Ability to support teams in the process of change and transformation and monitor overall activity
  • Ability to conduct dialogue with various groups of stakeholders, building relationships with others and effective cooperation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. B2)
