Middle Java Software Engineer

We’re looking for a remote Middle Java Software Engineer to become a part of our distributed global team.

The customer is the biggest bank in Russia, Central, and Eastern Europe; it is one of the leading international financial institutions.

The project is aimed at the development of the money collection back-office processes to transfer this type of business to the new platform.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Expertise in Spring IOC Container and DI
• Understanding of full cycle of product development: from initial requirements analysis to updates on the servers and further users support
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• General understanding of basic development approaches, including Agile
• Teamwork experience (using Confluence or Jira)
• Knowledge of modern approaches in design and integration of the enterprise solutions: SOA, SOAP, MQ, Client-Server architecture, web-services, etc.
• Experience in creating test scenarios and participation in their automation is required
• Knowledge of design patterns
• Good communication skills and positive attitude
  
  

Nice to have

• Knowledge of bank business processes (legal entities service) will be a plus
• Knowledge of different programming languages
