Multichannel Marketing Manager

Location: Poland

Contract: full time

The Multichannel Marketing Manager purpose is to create a personalized, engaging, and consistent experience across all channels, including digital and traditional channels such as email, websites, phone, and face-to-face interactions. He/She is responsible for the implementation of a multichannel strategy in alignment with the overall regional multichannel strategy to drive the highest Customer Engagement performance.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Co-creation of the MC Strategy with CVT Members: brand plans, tactical plans and ongoing management.
  • Project management and development/implementation of regional strategical channels like: Marketing Automation , Approved Emails(SalesForce), Profesional Webinars, web portals (JanssenMed, Janssen4Patients, Janssen with me), eDetail, SMS campaigns, in line with MC and Product Strategy
  • Full support on country level for all activities regarding to strategical channels, in line with dedicated processes.
  • Support for EMEA projects implementation in Poland, and cooperation on a regional level (GPR)
  • Planning, verification, and adaptation of resources according to short-term and long-term multichannel strategy (budget, project plans, external vendors)
  • Act as subject matter expert on multichannel marketing towards the CVTs (Country Value Team), suggesting the right channels/activities to engage with specific stakeholder groups, acting upon specific behavioral objectives, consulting, executing & delivering.
  • Drive web-based customer experience & service initiatives above the brand level
  • Quality assurance and process flow maintenance with dedicated digital agency
  • Develop partnerships with right 3rd parties to increase Janssen brands footprint on the web to extend the reach to our resources and content
  • Digital analytics report preparation including recommendations per Therapeutic Area/ Product
  • Monitoring e-market and competitor e-trends to evaluate Janssen business opportunities (Competitive Intelligence)
  • Contribute to the promotion of the strategy and multichannel initiatives in GPR/EMEA
  • Link between OpCo and GPR Multichannel Team

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Experienced in: e-Marketing (min. 2 years), experience in online marketing with a proven track record in developing effective digital strategies and delivering successful online campaigns, experience in cross country projects deployment
  • Education: University / Bachelor Degree or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant business-related discipline (marketing/e-marketing/digital marketing)
  • Ability to navigate and produce results in a global, matrix organization, strong cross-departmental support, interdisciplinary approach
  • Demonstrated track record in delivering business-relevant projects, solving problems, improving processes
  • Sound knowledge of data analysis tools, web and digital analytics technology (e.g. Google Analytics) and CRM systems
  • Areas of expertise should include one or more of the following:
  • Development of online platforms
  • Marketing Automation
  • Mobile Solutions
  • Content Management, SEO, SEM
  • Online transmissions (webinars)
  • Customer centricity, strong problem-solving mindset and interpersonal & influencing skills
  • Self-starter with a result-oriented and diplomatic approach
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Accountability and excellence in execution
  • Native local speaker and fluent English knowledge of both spoken and written,
  • High level of ethical standards in business
