You are responsible for
End-to-end program management of the Company Onboarding and New People Leader onboarding programs, which includes
Maintaining and managing the calendar for both programs, incl. setting up sessions
Facilitating sessions
Working with Subject Matter Experts and continuously improvement program content
Create awareness/ visibility for both programs, including managing social networks to answer questions and support (functional account, Yammer, etc.)
Deal with incoming questions, provide support where needed, and work closely together with Philips People Services (PPS) to ensure smooth delivery
Support preparation of business review materials and run regular analysis reports to ensure impact
Active participation in continuous improvement activities on both programs, using lean / daily mgt
Measure and monitor impact of both programs, including plans to improve and scale
You are a part of
Onboarding Center of Expertise within the broader Learning & Talent Innovation Center of Expertise. You will be joining at an exciting time as we continue to grow and embed the programs that we introduced in 2021. You will E2E manage two critical programs within the COE: Company Onboarding and New People Leader Onboarding.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
BA/MA or equivalent degree
5-20 years of work experience in a comparable multinational / culture environment
Has solid project/program management experience
Strong service orientation, attention to detail, and positive attitude (self-starter)
Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders from across the organization
Strong communication skills, both in written as well as in verbal communication
Excellent in English (including presentation/facilitation skills)
Experience in the field of Onboarding, Learning, Leadership or HR is highly preferred
Flexibility in working hours periodically when a session is being conducted for a specific time zone (2-3 times per month)
