Requirements

• knowledge of English and French is required (level, minimum b2)
• availability to work from Monday to Friday during standard working hours
• At least one year of professional experience in order processing
• Knowledge of SAP/Salesforce is an advantage
• A degree in a relevant field would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
  

Key Responsibilities

• Processing of amendments, price sheets and preparation of quotes etc.
• Creation of training programmes and other documents
• Creating work instructions
• Supporting the team in other tasks
• Handling chat, telephone, email, teams
• Suggesting improvements
• Cooperation with other people in the company/department
