For our Client, global manufacturing company, we are currently recruiting for the position:

Plant Finance Business Partner

Your responsibilities
  • The Plant Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing dedicated financial decision support aligned to strategic commercial priorities at flagship plants / manufacturing sites.
  • The role supports the local plant management in driving plant performance and value.
  • Responsible for providing their plant Operational teams with an understanding of financial performance, including key trends, detailed cost, contribution margin analysis and future projections
  • Support and provide input into the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes
  • Look forward and generate ideas to improve the plant future performance
  • Provides input to costing decisions
  • Reviews management reports and analyses for key trends that will have an impact on the plant output
  • Works closely with local plant / manufacturing teams to understand and explain variances to the overall budget / forecast for the site
  • Contribute to the plant capex elaboration, management and reviews
  • Monitor and highlight to plant management aging and issues with inventory
  • Produce ad hoc reports and analysis as required, to enable plant management decision making
  • Conduct detailed regular service performance analysis including ROI, scenario planning and KPI analysis to support the plant management decisions
  • Support the plant contract / service cost optimization projects through profitability analysis

Our requirements
  • Min. 5-7 years experience in finance/controlling in manufacturing company
  • Higher education
  • Qualified accountant desirable with relevant accounting experience
  • Preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills including experience in face to face presentations to senior management
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • High level of numerical reasoning and analytical skills
  • Strong experience with spreadsheets and databases
  • Collaborative approach, able to develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, internally and externally.
