Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the harmonization and co-ordination of ICAAPs, ILAAs and Recovery plans across a number of regulated entities as well as the Group.
• Ensure standardization and best practices are embedded across all risk areas, including risk identification, capital limits, risk quantification, stress testing and scenario analysis, risk aggregation and capital adequacy.
• Manage appropriate challenge and governance processes surrounding the documents.
• Prepare and review board papers for the various stages of the ICAAP and Recovery Plan production process.
  

You will be:

• Experience of UK (FCA) and German (Bafin) prudential regulations with an emphasis on Pillar I and Pillar 2 requirements. Experience of other major global jurisdictions would also be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with all stakeholders.
• Strong end-to-end ICAAP production experience
• Solid report writing and presentation skills
• Experience working with Derivative Financial Instruments which our client offers to its clients and uses for hedging risk exposures.
• Knowledge of upcoming Investment firm regime and gap analysis to current CRR regulations. Qualifications
• Qualified Accountant (UK ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equiv.) (Nice to have/desirable )
