Our client creates CRM systems based on artificial intelligence for eCommerce companies, used for comprehensive operation support.

Purpose Of The Role

The Sales Development Representative role focuses on developing your business and sales skills. At the outset, you will focus on intensive, educational and fun onboarding where you will receive constant support and guidance as you progress towards an Account Executive.

Main Tasks
  • Accomplishing of sales goals / acquiring new customers / keeping current accounts on the Czech market;
  • Educating prospective customers;
  • Responding to sales inquiries;
  • Listening to the needs of the market and educating the customer’s marketing and product team;
  • Reporting in the internal CRM system.
What You’ll Need
  • Fluent in Czech and advanced in English
  • Ability to deal with objections;
  • Open mind and focus on success;
  • Experience in the so-called cold outreach
  • Employment based on contract of employment or B2B. The customer is flexible.
  • Salary range of 4000 - 9000 PLN gross depending on experience.
  • Clear and satisfying commission structure, based on results, with no limits.
  • Additional monthly bonus for achievements above targets.
  • Attractive quarterly bonuses.
  • Remote work (after 3 month’s onboarding in Krakow)
  • Regular training on your sales skills, product and industry knowledge.
