We are looking for Russian or English speaking Sales Representative in Poland

Job Description

  • Executing sales activities and following up the projects
  • Developing sales strategies within the region
  • Following and meeting Sales Targets and Corporate Sales Targets
  • Developing relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining and developing technical and professional knowledge
  • Conducting market research and identifying potential opportunities
  • Responding to customer queries and complaints and ensuring that corrective action is taken
  • Conducting and reporting market analysis (competitors, prices, product portfolio)
  • Giving weekly and monthly reports


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in coating industry
  • Native Polish Language speaker
  • Good command of English and/or Russian
  • No restrictions for travelling and valid driver’s license

• Проведение маркетинговых исследований и выявление потенциальных возможностей

• Реагирование на запросы и жалобы клиентов и обеспечение принятия корректирующих мер

• Проведение и составление отчетов по анализу рынка (конкуренты, цены, портфель продуктов)

• Предоставление еженедельных и ежемесячных отчетов


• Степень бакалавра в авторитетных университетах, предпочтительно в области химико-технологического или химии.

• Опыт работы в сфере продаж лакокрасочных материалов не менее 5 лет.

• Носитель польского языка

• Хорошее знание английского и/или русского языка

• Отсутствие военной обязанности для кандидатов-мужчин

• Отсутствие ограничений на передвижение и наличие действующей водительской правы
