Your Role and Responsibilities

• Assurance that service is being delivered according to contractual obligations
• Monitoring and reporting of SLA adherence
• Ownership and coordination of incident, problem and change management processes
• Preparation of reporting and presenting the status of service delivery

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excellent written and oral communications
• Detail oriented
• Experience in building reports
• Ability to interact with staff, peers and customers on professional level
• Thorough understanding of customer service related performance metrics
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL Framework
• English: fluent or intermediate

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience IAM domain services
• Knowledge of IT Security concepts
