Are you an energetic and customer-oriented Designer looking to work for a global industry leader?

As a Designer, you are a representative of Valmet and manage the entire design process. The work is carried out in cooperation with various resources in the company, such as project management, production and sales network. The work is based on the client’s needs and Valmet’s business opportunities. As a Designer, you are responsible for the preparation and presentation of the project. You will have the chance to create new business opportunities in a customer-oriented way. An important part of your work will be customer care and satisfaction. In the office, you prepare projects to find new solutions for existing clients. As a Designer, you have a unique opportunity to establish long-term relationships with customers around the world.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Hihger education Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – preferred field of study Mechanical Engineering
• Min 2 years of professional experience in machine design (experience in the paper industry is also preferred)
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Knowledge of MS Office tools and the Windows environment
• Desirable knowledge of software for designing and creating technical documentation. Preferred: Solidworks and AutoCad (knowledge of the Catia program is appreciated)
• Knowledge of the spoken and written English language. Other languages are an asset
• Knowledge of the spoken and written Polish language for internal communication.
• Driving license. B
