ABOUT THE JOB
Build our data-driven recruiting reporting and analytics strategy to support an amazing and effective hiring experience - so that we bring the best talent to OLX to drive our business forward.
This "Senior Talent Data Analyst" role will report to our Head of People Analytics and be part of a global team that spans surveys, dashboards, and advanced analytics for the entire employee life cycle. Partnering with the Global Head of Employee On-boarding, TA Operations & Effectiveness and the TA leadership team. In this role you will help build the data automation roadmap for talent acquisition and drive initiatives to use data to inform key decisions. You will be tasked with getting a deep understanding of our key functions and leveraging data to inform the TA leadership team of trends, challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and report on key metrics for the Talent Acquisition organization on a global level.
- Push automation by leveraging our data lake and Tableau dashboards.
- Work closely with TA leadership to understand data requirements and deliver reporting and insights to support problem-solving and business inquiries
- Responsible for advocating for continuous data quality improvement via identifying data discrepancies
- Partner across all levels of recruiting leadership to provide data that will lead to more informed decision making
- Scope requirements, design and support adoption for all talent acquisition dashboards maintained by People analytics and TA functions
- Translate complex findings and data in a compelling and easy-to-understand narrative for non-technical audiences
- Make recommendations to improve existing data-collection methodologies.
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting to support evolving business needs, time-sensitive data requests to inform recruiting operations, insights to inform strategic initiatives and support monthly business reviews.
Minimum qualifications
- 4+ years experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in Recruiting and/or HR
- Advanced Google Sheets (QUERY, pivot tables, macros, visualizations) experience
- Analyze data, provide insights and recommend improvements for recruiting strategy and operations
- Experience in data storytelling and use of data visualizations to bring important takeaways and concepts to life. Creates cogent narratives and encourages business partners to critically engage in data-driven decision-making. (esp. partnership)
- Experience with Recruiting systems, technology and tools
Preferred qualifications
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience building strong collaboration with partners
- Capable and confident communicator who nimbly partners and influences at all levels
- Understanding of SQL and Tableau is a big plus
