What you’ll do
  • Plan, forecast, purchase, and secure proper spare parts stock internally at Signify warehouse and externally at service partners.
  • Perform Inventory control, risk mitigation, vendor and 3PL management, which includes reducing lead time of supplies, ensuring optimum utilization of resources and supply reliability and availability.
  • Perform stocking analysis and reporting to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory.
  • Analyze required spare stock according to a service level agreed in contracts and number of extended warranties sold.
  • Secure spare parts and products code are opened and available for after sales activities in CRM system.
Your qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Inventory Planning, Logistics, or warehousing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
  • Experience with SAP system
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking with solid attention to detail.
  • Fluent English and Polish
